REFUND POLICY

SUBSCRIPTION REFUNDS
All subscription payments are non-refundable. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you are receiving immediate access to a digital membership service and expressly waive your right of withdrawal under EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU).
CANCELLATION POLICY
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain access to your membership benefits until that date. No further charges will be made after cancellation is confirmed.
To cancel your subscription, manage your billing settings through the payment portal or contact us at hello@notnpc.com.
EXCEPTIONS
In exceptional circumstances — such as duplicate charges or technical errors on our part — we will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis. To request a review, contact hello@notnpc.com within 14 days of the charge with your order details.
We reserve the right to approve or deny refund requests at our sole discretion.
CHARGEBACKS
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in immediate suspension of your membership. We encourage you to reach out to us directly — most issues can be resolved quickly.
